● Processing: Our order processing time is 2-3 weeks. This time frame includes ordering the items, receiving them, and preparing them for shipment to the recipient. Processing time may vary depending on how long it takes for the items to arrive at our facility. Please note: that processing time is separate from shipping time, which begins after the order has been handed over to the carrier.
● Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number. This enables you to monitor the delivery status and estimated arrival of your gift.
● Shipping Charges: We utilize a portion of the total amount indicated on your form to cover shipping costs. Our aim is to accurately match the specified amounts for gifts and shipping. Any remaining balance will not be refunded. You will receive receipts for all transactions, including shipping details.
● Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
● Shipping Requirements: The shipping address must be provided accurately and exclusively in Latin characters. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?
If the order is still in the processing phase, then we can still change it. Please contact us at goldendjinnshopping@gmail.com as soon as possible. However, if the order is already shipped then we can’t do anything in that case.
The Recipient Hasn't Received the Gift Yet – What Should I Do?
If the recipient hasn’t received the gift yet, here’s how you can help us resolve the issue quickly:
● Check the shipping confirmation email to ensure there were no mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask the recipient’s local post office or courier service if they are holding the package.
● In case the courier left the package with a neighbor, kindly check with them.
If the shipping address provided was correct and the package wasn’t delivered, please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate the matter and work to resolve it promptly.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure accuracy when providing the delivery address. Once shipped, incorrect addresses cannot be rectified and we will not be responsible for re-shipping to the correct address. If necessary, re-shipping will only occur upon additional payment for the item and shipping costs.
Important Notes
● Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will require reshipment costs to be paid by the buyer before the package is sent out again.
● We recommend providing a secure and reliable delivery address, such as a home or place of employment, to prevent lost or stolen parcels.
How do I track my order?

● We reserve the right to exercise discretion and may choose not to process or ship any order.
● We do not offer shipping to multiple locations per order.
● All orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
● For security reasons, we do not deliver to incomplete recipient information or unidentifiable addresses.
● Golden Djinn is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events.
● We are not responsible for courier-related delays, such as customs clearance, as they are beyond our control.
● Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
